• Agent represents the interests of client as his/her interests.

• Agent shall always inform clients all relevant information.

• Agent shall protect trade secrects and shall maintain secrecy even after the termination of the Agreement/Employment.

• Agent in his employment shall follow the standard practises, constitution and legal regulation of Slovak republic or other legal regulations of country in which the services are provided.

• Agent is in his/her employment independent and shall be bounded only by the scope of assignment of client or by the procurement contract.

• Agent shall provide services expertly, according to his/her best knowledge.

• Agent shall always increase his qualification in order to increase the quality of provided services.

• Agent mind to provide services in good manner and thus represent the client's interest and goodwill of our company.
